- Rearrange the laundry in the machine to distribute the weight more evenly. Avoid overfilling the washing machine if possible.
- Check with a spirit level whether the machine is tilted. If your washing machine is unbalanced, you can usually fix it by moving its feet. If not, simply place shims under the feet of the washing machine to level it.
- The machine can rotate at full speed with a slightly unbalanced load without any vibrations if the balance ring is in good working order. If this part is defective, the appliance will shake violently during operation. The best course of action in this situation is to replace the balance ring.

Start by making sure there is water in the house by using a secondary water source. Make sure the water valves on the water supply hoses are fully open. It may be helpful to turn off the water and then turn it back on as often as possible. The water supply may freeze if the temperature is below freezing. Check the water supply hoses for kinks, clogs or other damage. We recommend replacing the hoses every 5 years. Request Service

Remove a few items from the washing machine and repeat the wash cycle if the tub is completely full. The drive motor may be overloaded due to a heavy load. We advise you to follow the load size recommendations for your washing machine to maintain its performance. Rotate the spin basket manually. Something may be stuck between the wash tub and the outer tub if it cannot move freely or if you hear a crushing or grinding sound. The wiring, drive motor, and inverter control board will need to be checked and possibly replaced if the above fixes do not resolve the problem. Request Service
