Our dryer stopped working on Dec 30 at a time we had family with young children visiting. Nobody could give a service date under 5 business days. Eugene rose to the occasion and confirmed a technician appointment for the following afternoon. The tech. identified the issue and importantly had the necessary parts in his van for a complete repair. Very competent and courteous service.

Not one for writing reviews because there are so many aspects to repair service. From the initial call to book service, the timing of the techs arrival, the actual repair and diagnosis, cleanup after the fact, repair warranty and follow-up… so it gets tough to fairly summarize in a brief review. Having said that, the repair was well handled and the washer has worked fine so far since the repair, which involved changing an inlet valve. Would I use them again, maybe. It was a little on the pricey side, but then, I have not had to have any appliance repaired in the recent past so may be out of touch. The tech Amin was friendly and knew exactly what the problem was and rectified it promptly.

I was very impressed with this service. The man came a day early which was a surprise (imagine someone responding early)! I welcomed that as I was trying to do my laundry. He was very good at diagnosing the problem, speaking in language that I could understand not technical jargon and gave me options. He tried different remedies to try and fix the issue and even went online to find the part so that I would know the cost. Basically my washer is dying (which I suspected due to its age) but he didn’t try to sell me expensive repairs. He explained what I could try to extend its life and said that I could call if I wanted to go ahead with repairs. I followed his advice and it seems to be working really well for the time being. I really appreciated him and would certainly use him and the company again.

I would recommend SAS if you need your appliance repaired.Sergei was very customer focussed, when first contacted, he told me the price of his service and when he would arrive. The day of the appointment, he called to let me know when he would arrive and if that was good for me. He diagnosed the problem with my Samsung dryer very quickly, he showed me what was wrong with the dryer and the part that needed replacing. He also cleaned the dryer vent and changed the door of my dryer as I needed it to be moved to the other side. He did this extra work ar no charge to me. Very satisfied with the work Sergei did

We had a problem with our LG washing machine and I was surprised that they were able to schedule an appointment as early as later that day Davinder, the service tech, was very polite and thorough. He explained everything clearly and in layman’s terms. In the end, he was able to diagnose the issue and even recommended we just keep running our machine until it eventually goes kaput. Answered and came very quickly, gave a 3 month warranty which was very fair because it was a part that gets worn overtime. Maybe expensive but I do not have comparables. We will use them again for any appliance repairs.

Service person came within 24 hours and found the source if the blockage in our Bosch dishwasher….a poultry pin had slipped through the system and over many months collected enough debris to stop the machine from draining. All is well and machine working like new.

Our dryer became problematic last Tuesday evening so I went in search of a service provider and I came upon Appliance Repair Expert so I called early Wednesday morning and within minutes the agent returned a call to me with a same day visit from one of their experts. They did not have the parts on them but they were going to purchase them and they would return after their next service call with the part and the intent to have the repair successfully complete. Great service on a not-so great fridge (Samsung, a company that does not stand by its products)! Technician worked hard to remove a screw that was locked with glue at the factory (go figure!) in order to remove a panel and get access to the problem area. Eventually, the technician thawed the ice buildup, replace a sensor and clean the drain tubes (modifying them to improve the flow). So far so good after one week! Hope the repair solve the problem for years to come! But one thing is certain, when this fridge dies, never again a Samsung!

They are not the cheapest. But they got a technician called Oleksandr D. out the same day. He was able to diagnose what was broken. Even vacuumed and cleaned out my dryer. They had a part the very next day. The technician worked with me around my doctor’s appointment and came out to finish the job. He took his shoes off, coming into my home. He was upfront with everything and the costs. Was very professional and clean, did good work and went above and beyond what I expected. I highly reccomend that people ask for Oleksandr specifically when calling. Finally, he is Ukrainian so I applaud the company for helping out our brothers and giving them an opportunity.

I felt silly because I didn’t realise that that my fridge freezer had a separate control switch from the fridge which it turned off both. The repair technician came out on a holiday, was right on time, took a look at my fridge, turned it back on for me and explained how it all worked. About the only thing that I didn’t like about the experience that wasn’t my own fault, is the repeated texts, e-mails, and calls to my work asking for a review. If that’s the price I have to pay for a working fridge, so be it.

I found the technician very cordial and told me what his job was. I told him about the fuse box tha that the fuses were blowing and affecting the stove. He said he was sorry that he couldn’t help me. Needed a repair done on a Samsung dishwasher; dishwasher was showing LE error, the Service Tech that was sent was extremely knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Very happy with the service call and would definitely use Superior Appliance Service again

Superior Appliance Service responded to my concern about odd sounds coming from laundry machine at the start of the cycle and grinding sound with spin. Mohammed arrived and was courteous. He addressed my concerns and put the machine through the diagnostic workup. He told me that the drum was balanced, springs were in good order and showed me some of the diagnostic work. He assured me that our LG laundry machine is in good working order.
