Our 15 year old Electrolux fridge stopped cooling so I called our usual repair company who advised me they wouldn’t be able to come for 6 days. That wasn’t an option so I started looking online to see about purchasing a replacement. The earliest I could get a similar replacement to fit our space delivered was also a week. I called Appliance Repair as a last resort and Alex the repairman was at my door about 3 hours later!! He did some testing and discovered that we needed a new thermometer which he had with him. A couple of hours later he had it installed and the fridge has been working perfectly ever since. From the operator who took my original call to Alex being able to diagnose and fix the problem, it was great service from start to finish. Thank you!

Emin was able to come the same day as we called to look at our dishwasher. He was so professional, kind, and informative as to what the issue was. He took his time to ensure a proper diagnosis as well as fixing the problem. Emin double checked to ensure everything was working properly before leaving and our kitchen was left very tidy and clean in the are he was working in. He saved us from having to buy new again and provided his personal cell number incase we ran into any issues later on (we haven’t!). Came to view stove issue, ordered part, returned and put part in. Cost was what was quoted and timing was efficient. I appreciated that they texted an approximate time they would be there and that they would phone when there were near.They did phone before they came and said the arrival time and the arrived at that time..

The tech that was here was great. He knew exactly what he had to try and was almost successful. Not his fault. The washer needed a new timer ( just under $500) and with paying for his time plus tax it would have been over $700. Some companies would have said things like “it will be worth it “but he was honest and said it’s not worth fixing it, buy a new one. The repair would be over half of buying a new washer. Very pleased with the level of service . Would recommend these guys 100%.
