Came to view stove issue, ordered part, returned and put part in. Cost was what was quoted and timing was efficient. I appreciated that they texted an approximate time they would be there and that they would phone when there were near.They did phone before they came and said the arrival time and the arrived at that time..

Sent a message online and received a call very quickly to get basic information down, very nice and professional. Had a technician come by the next day to look at my washer. He gave me a few options of either the service call or what it would cost to repair. Although I didn’t go with the repair the experience was great and can recommend.

Very knowledgeable and service was same day.

The tech that was here was great. He knew exactly what he had to try and was almost successful. Not his fault. The washer needed a new timer ( just under $500) and with paying for his time plus tax it would have been over $700. Some companies would have said things like “it will be worth it “but he was honest and said it’s not worth fixing it, buy a new one. The repair would be over half of buying a new washer. Very pleased with the level of service . Would recommend these guys 100%.

Great service, fast, priced fairly and easy to work with

Recently we had an issue with our washer so I called up Superior Appliance Service to see if they could come by and access the issue.I made an appointment with them and they showed up within 2hrs of me making the initial phone call,that usually doesn’t happen in this day and age.They diagnosed the issue and I was on able to get on with my day. Just a foot note we had called two other Appliance repair shops the day before and they didn’t even call us back. I would highly recommend Superior to any of my freinds 🙂

I called for an issue with my dishwasher. A diagnosis visit was scheduled the same day. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable compared to other service options I checked. Particularly, that the cost of the diagnosis visit counts towards the total bill if you choose to go a head with the repair.

Speedy and professional service. My appointment wasn’t until the next day but the technician had an opening same day and contacted me to see if he could come earlier which was nice. It was going to be too expensive to fix the dishwasher but the technician was nice enough to give us advice on what to look for when buying a new dishwasher.

A great service with excellent communication. I was told our service technician would be coming between 11-3 to inspect our dryer and that I would receive notification 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 10:30, I received notification. And the service technician arrived right at 11 am. Very thorough work, quick and efficient. We had clothes in our dryer by 11:45! We will definitely be calling again should we have any future issues with any of our appliances.

I have a huge 10 person household and we cannot live without a washer. Once ours broke down we were able to set up an appointment right away online. Once our appointment day came, the technician texted before he showed up, diagnosed quickly and provided a quote, once we paid through etransfer he came back a couple hours later with our part and quickly repaired our washer. We were without a washer for only a couple days and not expensive to fix. I had a different appliance company come over to look at this washing machine and spent $200 on something that was not needed because the leak was still happening. I decided to call Superior Appliance Service to get another quote of what the problem was. Shakil Arrived at my house and showed me exactly where the water was leaking from in less than five minutes after arriving. Unfortunately, my machine is roughly 15 Years old and the part needed is a special order that was gonna cost me $900. Shakil spent extra time trying to source the part for cheaper but that didn’t exist so I had to make the decision and purchase a new machine. You can trust Superior to give you great service. Walter

Our 43 (yes 43) year old Maytag dryer stopped heating. I called and they sent Abdul out the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burnt wire. We were super lucky as we fully expected to have to replace the unit. Abdul was great to work with and he replaced the wire and we were back in business! He also recommended a complete vacuum of the inside.

Joseph arrived when promised and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He dealt with the primary issue then spent some additional time to ensure there weren’t any other problems with the appliance. I was pleased with his work.

My two-decades old washing machine died. It is not a popular brand and thankfully I found out that this company provides repairs for it. The person who answered the phone was courteous and helpful.
