UPDATE: The company called me on Sunday evening to apologize and let me know the part didn’t come in when expected and the tech tried to call me. I checked my phone and had no missed calls so perhaps it was incorrect number. I was told the part was expected to come in Monday and the tech would contact me. I figured I’d hear from him on Tuesday. Azan ended up contacting me mid afternoon Moday to let me know he had the part and would I like him to come mon between 4-6 or Tuesday. I had him come out Monday and he was here by 5. He was apologetic and his service was quick and he was friendly. The company website says they are open on weekends so would be great if they could respond quicker at least with a “we’ll look into it and get back to you”. Also FYI the company hired out subcontractors so they come in their own vehicles and do not wear uniforms. Overall I am happy and would call this company again. Thanks Azan! BEWARE! It appears this place is a scam. I had a technician come out on Thursday to look at my washer. . When I booked I asked if someone could come out in the morning. I was told someone would be there by 930 or 10 at the latest. Didn’t show up until almost 1230. Showed up in his car and street clothes which should have been my first clue. He told me it was the inlet valve and I would need to pay for the part of $155 and he would charge the remaining service fee of $240 when he installed the part. I asked if he could come back the next day which was Friday and he told me Friday and Saturday were his days off but he could come Sunday at 10am. I said that was fine. Well he no showed, no contact and I’ve been trying to contact the company which says they are open Sundays but no answer and no voice mail. I’ve also tried responding to the texts they have sent which I have responded to before and no answer. I suspect most reviews on here are by themselves or people they know. The BBB has a pretty low rating of them and tons of complaints.
