This is my second time using this company but this time it was for my gas stove. My oven was not working so I called superior appliance. They worked with me on the day and time suitable for me. The guy they sent (Jey) worked fast new exactly what the problem and solve it and was very clean and professional. Now I have a company that I trust to repair any of my appliances.

Well run business. Contacted company on the Web, call back very quick. He answered all my questions and explained costs involved. Appointment set for the next day. Service Tech. Nice and early. Super polite, very professional. Quickly found the problem and fixed it. The dishwasher drawer works better than it ever has. Definitely 5 star business.

Came to view stove issue, ordered part, returned and put part in. Cost was what was quoted and timing was efficient. I appreciated that they texted an approximate time they would be there and that they would phone when there were near.They did phone before they came and said the arrival time and the arrived at that time..

Speedy and professional service. My appointment wasn’t until the next day but the technician had an opening same day and contacted me to see if he could come earlier which was nice. It was going to be too expensive to fix the dishwasher but the technician was nice enough to give us advice on what to look for when buying a new dishwasher.
