Nov 22, 2023Our dryer became problematic last Tuesday evening so I went in search of a service provider and I came upon Appliance Repair Expert so I called early Wednesday morning and within minutes the agent returned a call to me with a same day visit from one of their experts. The experts arrived at around noon and diagnosed the problem. they were very thorough in explaining what the issue was. They did not have the parts on them but they were going to purchase them and they would return after their next service call with the part and the intent to have the repair successfully complete. Needless to say they returned at around 4:00 PM with part and my dryer was up and running. I could not ask for better customer service …their experts were polite, informative, diligent, and off their word!!! Thank you so much…I highly recommend this company.
