Oct 28, 2024Great service on a not-so great fridge (Samsung, a company that does not stand by its products)! Technician worked hard to remove a screw that was locked with glue at the factory (go figure!) in order to remove a panel and get access to the problem area. Eventually, the technician thawed the ice buildup, replace a sensor and clean the drain tubes (modifying them to improve the flow). So far so good after one week! Hope the repair solve the problem for years to come! But one thing is certain, when this fridge dies, never again a Samsung!
