Jan 22, 2024Ridj came to repair my fridge and was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He took the time to explain the inner working of the fridge and what went wrong and needed fixing. He even followed up to make sure everything was working. While I did get 5 star service, I bumped this review down to a 4 as this did feel quite expensive for the amount of work that was done.
