Apr 26, 2024Not one for writing reviews because there are so many aspects to repair service. From the initial call to book service, the timing of the techs arrival, the actual repair and diagnosis, cleanup after the fact, repair warranty and follow-up… so it gets tough to fairly summarize in a brief review. Having said that, the repair was well handled and the washer has worked fine so far since the repair, which involved changing an inlet valve. Would I use them again, maybe. It was a little on the pricey side, but then, I have not had to have any appliance repaired in the recent past so may be out of touch. The tech Amin was friendly and knew exactly what the problem was and rectified it promptly.
