Not one for writing reviews because there are so many aspects to repair service. From the initial call to book service, the timing of the techs arrival, the actual repair and diagnosis, cleanup after the fact, repair warranty and follow-up… so it gets tough to fairly summarize in a brief review. Having said that, the repair was well handled and the washer has worked fine so far since the repair, which involved changing an inlet valve. Would I use them again, maybe. It was a little on the pricey side, but then, I have not had to have any appliance repaired in the recent past so may be out of touch. The tech Amin was friendly and knew exactly what the problem was and rectified it promptly.
Thompson was great in fixing our freezer I will always recommend the service thanks.

Fast response to my call. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He had my washer up and ready in no time at all.
I felt silly because I didn’t realise that that my fridge freezer had a separate control switch from the fridge which it turned off both. The repair technician came out on a holiday, was right on time, took a look at my fridge, turned it back on for me and explained how it all worked. About the only thing that I didn’t like about the experience that wasn’t my own fault, is the repeated texts, e-mails, and calls to my work asking for a review. If that’s the price I have to pay for a working fridge, so be it.
