Mar 8, 2024I felt silly because I didn’t realise that that my fridge freezer had a separate control switch from the fridge which it turned off both. The repair technician came out on a holiday, was right on time, took a look at my fridge, turned it back on for me and explained how it all worked. About the only thing that I didn’t like about the experience that wasn’t my own fault, is the repeated texts, e-mails, and calls to my work asking for a review. If that’s the price I have to pay for a working fridge, so be it.
