Problem with electronic control board communication
Turn off the dryer. Close the gas valve if you have a gas dryer. Reconnect the dryer to the power source. To determine whether the fault has been resolved, run a dry test cycle. If the problem code reappears, the electronic control board should be replaced.

Thermistor isn’t working properly
1. Turn the dryer off. Close the gas valve if you have a gas dryer. 2. Loosen the clamps holding the service panel in place and remove them. 3. Remove the pile duct assembly to the side. 4. Remove the thermistor from the blower housing’s top. Then disconnect the cables and the mounting screws that hold it together. 5. Replace the old thermistor with the new one. 6. Connect the new thermistor to the wires. 7. Install the lint duct assembly and secure it in place with the mounting screws. 8. Put back the service panel. 9. Reconnect your dryer to the power source. Turn on the gas supply if it’s a gas dryer.

Drying time is long
The normal drying cycle time exceeded the time limit. This error indicates a malfunction of the heating system. Turn off the dryer and inspect the heating element if it’s an electric dryer or the gas burner components if it’s a gas dryer. Replace any worn or broken components.

There’s no heat
Double-check that your gas supply line is connected and switched on. Also, inspect the igniter after you’ve determined that the gas supply is operational. Look in the manufacturer’s manual that came with your dryer to find the location of the igniter for your particular model.
