EF0

Blocked drain filter

Replace the filter after cleaning it. This filter is located at the front of your washer, at its bottom. It’s also conceivable that you had used too much detergent, and the machine is overflowing with foam. Start the cycle at 60°C with an empty drum and no detergent.

EH0

Power supply issue

Wait 30 seconds after unplugging the washing machine. After that, reconnect the power cord. Try turning on the washer, selecting a program, and pressing the start button.

E10, C1, F1

Not enough water in the washer

The problem might be caused by a broken inlet valve if the water supply is switched on and the hose pipe is not kinked. Using a multimeter, establish continuity at the inlet valve, which should be between 2000 and 4000 Ohms.

Filling error

Poor draining

Open the bottom right flap on the front of the washer. Remove and clean the filter. Replace the filter. Make that the drain pipe is not kinked.

Water is leaking

Unplug the washer from the water and power supply. Hold the device in a slight tilt backwards for 40 seconds. Lower the washing machine to the floor and reconnect it.

The door lock issues

Restart the washing program by pressing the door until you hear a click. In the worst-case scenario, the door lock is damaged and must be replaced by a specialist.
