Cut off the unit’s water supply (if possible). Cut off the unit’s power. Keep the door closed, and DON’T turn off the power if the water cannot be turned off. To silence the alarm tone, press the Cancel key once.

Check each connection point. Any joint must have a rubber washer properly seated in the fitting. To prevent cross-threading, lift the 3/4″ (19 mm) elbow fitting 90° to the valve and tighten it by hand. Tighten the coupling until it is securely locked. Check the tightness of the connection using pliers. It may be necessary to turn the rubber gasket another 1/4 – 1/2 turn to tighten it. Make sure that the filling hose comes out of the left rear side of the unit. Make sure the float switch is connected properly. Make sure that neither the dishwasher motor nor the lowest part of the dishwasher tub is in contact with the power cable or cord. Align the connector with the connector housing and push it in until a locking tab appears on the back of the connector to reconnect the float switch. The drip tray must be emptied if water is visible in it.

Shut off the water supply to the device (if possible). Turn off the power to the unit. Keep the door closed, and DO NOT turn off the power if the water cannot be shut off. To turn off the buzzer, press the Cancel key once.

If the dishwasher is connected to a garbage disposal, make sure that the plug is disconnected from the disposal inlet. Make sure that the drain pipe is not kinked or blocked. Poor or no drainage may be due to a kinked or clogged hose.

Press the “Cancel” key twice. Try starting a new cycle.

Make sure the dishwasher’s water supply is turned on. Check that the water supply hose is free of kinks. Press the “Start” button once the water supply is fixed, and the dishwasher will attempt to fill and continue the cycle.

Called this company to do some work on my dishwasher in my house they came in a timely fashion. They tried there best to repair my dishwasher but they couldn’t so I had to end up buying a new one and they refunded me my money. Great customer service I would highly recommend this company.
