I was extremely impressed. I called on a Friday morning and by 6:00 pm the tech had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part to fix it. He was back first thing Monday morning and had my ice maker working perfectly by 10:30.. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Repair was fast and the guys were friendly and answered my questions.

When my washer broke they came within a few hours of my call and had it up and running again!

They are not the cheapest. But they got a technician called Oleksandr D. out the same day. He was able to diagnose what was broken. Even vacuumed and cleaned out my dryer. They had a part the very next day. The technician worked with me around my doctor’s appointment and came out to finish the job. He took his shoes off, coming into my home. He was upfront with everything and the costs. Was very professional and clean, did good work and went above and beyond what I expected. I highly reccomend that people ask for Oleksandr specifically when calling. Finally, he is Ukrainian so I applaud the company for helping out our brothers and giving them an opportunity.

Service person came within 24 hours and found the source if the blockage in our Bosch dishwasher….a poultry pin had slipped through the system and over many months collected enough debris to stop the machine from draining. All is well and machine working like new.

Answered and came very quickly, gave a 3 month warranty which was very fair because it was a part that gets worn overtime. Maybe expensive but I do not have comparables. We will use them again for any appliance repairs.

I felt silly because I didn’t realise that that my fridge freezer had a separate control switch from the fridge which it turned off both. The repair technician came out on a holiday, was right on time, took a look at my fridge, turned it back on for me and explained how it all worked. About the only thing that I didn’t like about the experience that wasn’t my own fault, is the repeated texts, e-mails, and calls to my work asking for a review. If that’s the price I have to pay for a working fridge, so be it.

Not one for writing reviews because there are so many aspects to repair service. From the initial call to book service, the timing of the techs arrival, the actual repair and diagnosis, cleanup after the fact, repair warranty and follow-up… so it gets tough to fairly summarize in a brief review. Having said that, the repair was well handled and the washer has worked fine so far since the repair, which involved changing an inlet valve. Would I use them again, maybe. It was a little on the pricey side, but then, I have not had to have any appliance repaired in the recent past so may be out of touch. The tech Amin was friendly and knew exactly what the problem was and rectified it promptly.

The day of the appointment, he called to let me know when he would arrive and if that was good for me. We had a problem with our LG washing machine and I was surprised that they were able to schedule an appointment as early as later that day Davinder, the service tech, was very polite and thorough. He explained everything clearly and in layman’s terms. In the end, he was able to diagnose the issue and even recommended we just keep running our machine until it eventually goes kaput. Davinder even responded to a follow-up question the day afterwards quite promptly. The price of the check up and diagnosis was very reasonable, and that’s all we paid. Highly recommended!

Superior Appliance Service responded to my concern about odd sounds coming from laundry machine at the start of the cycle and grinding sound with spin. Mohammed arrived and was courteous. He addressed my concerns and put the machine through the diagnostic workup. He told me that the drum was balanced, springs were in good order and showed me some of the diagnostic work. He assured me that our LG laundry machine is in good working order.

Our dryer became problematic last Tuesday evening so I went in search of a service provider and I came upon Appliance Repair Expert so I called early Wednesday morning and within minutes the agent returned a call to me with a same day visit from one of their experts. The experts arrived at around noon and diagnosed the problem. they were very thorough in explaining what the issue was. They did not have the parts on them but they were going to purchase them and they would return after their next service call with the part and the intent to have the repair successfully complete. I found the technician very cordial and told me what his job was. I told him about the fuse box tha that the fuses were blowing and affecting the stove. He said he was sorry that he couldn’t help me. But l am not sure whether the stove was causing the problem. I am in process of calling a electrician .

Sean texted his ETA to our home 30 minutes before he arrived, and he showed up right on time. It did not take him long to diagnose the problem with our freezer. When considering the age of the appliance and the potential cost of the repair, he recommended replacing the freezer as the cheaper option. I was very impressed with this service. The man came a day early which was a surprise (imagine someone responding early)! I welcomed that as I was trying to do my laundry. He was very good at diagnosing the problem, speaking in language that I could understand not technical jargon and gave me options. He tried different remedies to try and fix the issue and even went online to find the part so that I would know the cost. Basically my washer is dying (which I suspected due to its age) but he didn’t try to sell me expensive repairs. He explained what I could try to extend its life and said that I could call if I wanted to go ahead with repairs. I followed his advice and it seems to be working really well for the time being. I really appreciated him and would certainly use him and the company again.
