Great service! Alpha Appliance Repair was quick to call us back after submitting an online request. They scheduled a technician to come out and diagnose our dishwasher who came the very next day, diagnosed the issue, provided a break down of fees and scheduled a visit the very next day to perform the repair. He came on time and repaired my dishwasher quickly and professionally. Th technician explained everything clearly, worked neatly, and the dishwasher is running perfectly now. Alex called us the very next day to check on our satisfaction with their service and to cal should we have any concerns. I highly recommend them.

I had a technician come in a few days ago for a broken dishwasher repair and they answered all my questions, concerns and even walked me through what was wrong. They even let me know what dishwashers they would recommend and multiple options I can go with in terms of repair/replacement. I highly recommend 10/10!

Our 43 (yes 43) year old Maytag dryer stopped heating. I called and they sent Abdul out the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burnt wire. We were super lucky as we fully expected to have to replace the unit. Abdul was great to work with and he replaced the wire and we were back in business! He also recommended a complete vacuum of the inside.

My two-decades old washing machine died. It is not a popular brand and thankfully I found out that this company provides repairs for it. The person who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. Our refrigerator stopped working Wednesday evening and reached out to Appliance Repair Experts Thursday morning. They were able to schedule an appointment and get us in right away.
