The person was very nice and informative

I called and was surprised to get an appointment for the following day. The service technician arrived on time and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. He advised that he could probably get the part for the following day (Sunday) and was willing to return and complete the repair that day if the part did arrive. He called on Sunday to advise the part hadn’t arrived but expected that it would the following day which was a holiday Monday. He called on Monday and completed the repair despite it being a Holiday. I was very impressed with his willingness to complete the job on what should have been a day off for him.

UPDATE: The company called me on Sunday evening to apologize and let me know the part didn’t come in when expected and the tech tried to call me. I checked my phone and had no missed calls so perhaps it was incorrect number. I was told the part was expected to come in Monday and the tech would contact me. I figured I’d hear from him on Tuesday. Azan ended up contacting me mid afternoon Moday to let me know he had the part and would I like him to come mon between 4-6 or Tuesday. I had him come out Monday and he was here by 5. He was apologetic and his service was quick and he was friendly. The company website says they are open on weekends so would be great if they could respond quicker at least with a “we’ll look into it and get back to you”. Also FYI the company hired out subcontractors so they come in their own vehicles and do not wear uniforms. Overall I am happy and would call this company again. Thanks Azan! BEWARE! It appears this place is a scam. I had a technician come out on Thursday to look at my washer. . When I booked I asked if someone could come out in the morning. I was told someone would be there by 930 or 10 at the latest. Didn’t show up until almost 1230. Showed up in his car and street clothes which should have been my first clue. He told me it was the inlet valve and I would need to pay for the part of $155 and he would charge the remaining service fee of $240 when he installed the part. I asked if he could come back the next day which was Friday and he told me Friday and Saturday were his days off but he could come Sunday at 10am. I said that was fine. Well he no showed, no contact and I’ve been trying to contact the company which says they are open Sundays but no answer and no voice mail. I’ve also tried responding to the texts they have sent which I have responded to before and no answer. I suspect most reviews on here are by themselves or people they know. The BBB has a pretty low rating of them and tons of complaints.

Quick and efficient

They were able to come out quick and fixed the error code on my dishwasher. Price ($300) seemed steep for the amount of time (<1hr) the tech was out. I understand that appliance repairs probably differ greatly one to the next, so providing a quote ahead of time would be difficult. Would have been good to have some ballpark, as price to come out was $89 minimum. In the end they did fix the issue, so grateful for that. Just wish there was ability for greater pricing transparency.

I had a different appliance company come over to look at this washing machine and spent $200 on something that was not needed because the leak was still happening. I decided to call Superior Appliance Service to get another quote of what the problem was. Shakil Arrived at my house and showed me exactly where the water was leaking from in less than five minutes after arriving. Unfortunately, my machine is roughly 15 Years old and the part needed is a special order that was gonna cost me $900. Shakil spent extra time trying to source the part for cheaper but that didn’t exist so I had to make the decision and purchase a new machine. You can trust Superior to give you great service. Walter

Prompt reply to request for service for a leaking dishwasher. Technician arrived within 1 day. Original repair of leak completed satisfactorily, however dishwasher door did not drop down far enough to load dishes properly. Contacted Superior Appliance Service regarding this issue and they responded within the hour. Technician came the next day (at no charge) and adjusted the door. Dishwasher now operating like new. Pleased with promptness of service, quality of service and follow-up. I will recommend Superior Appliance Service to friends and family if they need an appliance repaired.

Great service! Alpha Appliance Repair was quick to call us back after submitting an online request. They scheduled a technician to come out and diagnose our dishwasher who came the very next day, diagnosed the issue, provided a break down of fees and scheduled a visit the very next day to perform the repair. Excellent service

Our 43 (yes 43) year old Maytag dryer stopped heating. I called and they sent Abdul out the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burnt wire. We were super lucky as we fully expected to have to replace the unit. Abdul was great to work with and he replaced the wire and we were back in business! He also recommended a complete vacuum of the inside.

Joseph arrived when promised and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He dealt with the primary issue then spent some additional time to ensure there weren’t any other problems with the appliance. I was pleased with his work.

I used them because of a very bad experience with a large appliance repair place, that over a period of 3 months replaced 2 separate parts on my ice maker. Every time it froze up within a few weeks. Finally, they suggested the whole ice unit should be replaced which I refused to do. By contract, 6 months later Superior came for a different problem, and on the same day I phoned them. A compressor needed to be replaced and it was done 2 days later. When I asked the repairman about the ice maker in my primary fridge, he said that particular brand/model was famously unreliable and require fixing every year or two. If I had known that, I would never have wasted $1,100 trying to repair it with the previous repair company. Honesty is very much appreciated.

By far the best appliance technician I have ever encountered for my past domestic and commercial appliance needs. He should be cloned as an #1 appliance technician. My two-decades old washing machine died. It is not a popular brand and thankfully I found out that this company provides repairs for it. The person who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. The technician arrived as scheduled and proceeded to fix the timer knob, which was stuck. After 1.5 hour, it was fixed! I am so happy! It is working like new. The rate was fair. Thank you!
