Service was very prompt and effective. We had both problems resolved in two visits after waiting for two months with no action from a competitor!

Our glass top range had a burner that stopped working and we had called another company to come fix our burner and we were told it wasn’t fixable. For whatever reason we felt like that wasn’t right so we decided to call Superior Appliance Service and we are so glad we did! They arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and we were told that indeed, they could fix the problem! They ordered the part, came back to repair the burner and now we have a working burner on our stove! We are so glad we called Superior Appliance Service. They were friendly, efficient and affordable! Highly recommend ❤️

My two-decades old washing machine died. It is not a popular brand and thankfully I found out that this company provides repairs for it. The person who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. The technician arrived as scheduled and proceeded to fix the timer knob, which was stuck. After 1.5 hour, it was fixed! I am so happy! It is working like new. The rate was fair. Thank you!

We recently had washing machine issues and fortunately, we found Superior Appliance Service to come to our home to repair. Upon inspection, our repair tech advised us that the unit was too old, repair would be costly and that we would be better off to buy a new one. The Tech was efficient, respected our time and we most certainly appreciated his honest and professional opinion regarding our old washing machine. A few days later, we had a bigger surprise, when Mr. Alex Gill emailed us to say that he was going to give us a partial refund for the tech call out since there was no repair work was done. We waited months and months to get our electric stove repaired with another company. Never was repaired because the technician could not complete it. Our refrigerator stopped working Wednesday evening and reached out to Appliance Repair Experts Thursday morning. They were able to schedule an appointment and get us in right away. Our service tech was very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to diagnose the problem and provide us with the information we needed. At the end we decided to purchase a new refrigerator given the age of our current one and the cost of the part and repair. They gave us piece of mind by knowing what caused our fridge to fail and reassured our decision to purchase a new one. Highly recommend them!

It was a very prompt and professional service. Found the contact online. I was initially skeptical because previous not pleasant experiences from online handy men but I was very impressed. Only but I have is the fees a bit above my budget. I was however to pay. The technician very nice and carried me along all the way. I will recommend them to any one 100%.

Have had these guys come a couple of times to fix a lemon of a dryer. Every time they have come, they have communicated, showed up on time and have been experts. After unsuccessfully trying to get a service repair for our gas dryer from different local appliance repairs firms, we hit the jackpot with Superior Appliance Service. Great Customer Service from booking appointment and follow-up communication to confirm date and time. We also received a confirmation on the name of the technician who then the day before confirmed the arrival time we could expect him. He then on the day of the repair again reached out to confirm he was on his way and arrived on time. He was personable and professional and immediately knew what had to be done to fix our dryer. We were also happy that he had the spare parts to fix our dryer with him. Definitely would recommend Superior Appliance Service based on our recent experience.
