Professional Services!

Service technician was very professional and prompt. He came out same day and my oven was fixed the next day.

I was super happy with Appliance Repair. They answered my call quickly, had a technician dispatched the same day and my dishwasher was repaired in record time. I called a different company first and they told me to just get a new dishwasher because it sounded like the motor quit. Not Appliance Repair! They quickly solved the issue and I saved a ton of money. If you ever need an appliance repaired, make these guys your first call

Qaisar Salem and his partner from Appliance Repair fixed my clothes washer. They were prompt, notified me when they were coming, knowledgeable, efficient, repectful and explained what was wrong and what they could do to fix it. They cleaned up after their work and tested the washer. I would definitely use this company again.

Abdul was very nice and on time. He introduced himself and explained the issue and explained what he was doing. Everything appears to be working properly now. He cleaned up afterwards and was very professional.

My two-decades old washing machine died. It is not a popular brand and thankfully I found out that this company provides repairs for it. The person who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. The technician arrived as scheduled and proceeded to fix the timer knob, which was stuck. After 1.5 hour, it was fixed! I am so happy! It is working like new. The rate was fair. Thank you!

Our refrigerator stopped working Wednesday evening and reached out to Appliance Repair Experts Thursday morning. They were able to schedule an appointment and get us in right away. Our service tech was very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to diagnose the problem and provide us with the information we needed. At the end we decided to purchase a new refrigerator given the age of our current one and the cost of the part and repair. They gave us piece of mind by knowing what caused our fridge to fail and reassured our decision to purchase a new one. Highly recommend them!

Technician showed up on time and was very polite. Took the time to test out the Bosch speed oven in our kitchen. Determined that there was no issue and did not try to upsell me on some repair we did not need. I was happy to pay for the call out fee knowing that the oven works properly and is safe to use. I discovered late on a Friday night the waterline valve was leaking behind my fridge. Appliance Repair Experts came out on the next day (Saturday) assessed the issue and came back once the part arrived to install. It was quick and easy!

After unsuccessfully trying to get a service repair for our gas dryer from different local appliance repairs firms, we hit the jackpot with Superior Appliance Service. Great Customer Service from booking appointment and follow-up communication to confirm date and time. We also received a confirmation on the name of the technician who then the day before confirmed the arrival time we could expect him. He then on the day of the repair again reached out to confirm he was on his way and arrived on time. He was personable and professional and immediately knew what had to be done to fix our dryer. We were also happy that he had the spare parts to fix our dryer with him. Definitely would recommend Superior Appliance Service based on our recent experience.

I was extremely impressed. I called on a Friday morning and by 6:00 pm the tech had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part to fix it. He was back first thing Monday morning and had my ice maker working perfectly by 10:30.. Couldn’t ask for better service.
