I cannot recommend this company highly enough. After suffering an extensive basement flood, we were left dealing with a massive mess, but Faisal and his partner turned what could have been a weeks-long headache into an incredibly smooth fix. Our washer and dryer had been sitting in water, and instead of just writing them off or suggesting an expensive, unnecessary replacement, they rolled up their sleeves and got to work. They completely disassembled both machines to ensure they would dry thoroughly. They even pulled out the motors, dried them, serviced them, and put everything back together. While they initially estimated the job would take 48 hours, they went into overdrive and had both appliances fully operational and thoroughly cleaned in just 24 hours. Faisal and his partner were super friendly, exceptionally competent, and worked with incredible speed. Dealing with a flooded basement is stressful, but having our appliances working so quickly was a massive relief. If you need any appliance serviced or repaired, do yourself a favor and call these guys. Thank you, Faisal!

They scheduled a technician to come out and diagnose our dishwasher who came the very next day, diagnosed the issue, provided a break down of fees and scheduled a visit the very next day to perform the repair.
