I discovered late on a Friday night the waterline valve was leaking behind my fridge. Appliance Repair Experts came out on the next day (Saturday) assessed the issue and came back once the part arrived to install. It was quick and easy!

John, who came to look at our old but beloved washing machine, was courteous and diligent about finding the issue. He attempted to find a lower cost solution but when it didn’t work, he offered other suggestions, foregoing a costly repair in favour of a more sensical decision to purchase a new machine. This tells me he cared more about helping his customers than in profiting off of them.
