Dishwasher not filling with water

Unscrew the supply valve. Check if there is pressure in the water supply line. Inspect the intake hose, and make sure it is level. Remove blockage. Clean the filter strainer. Remove debris from the pressostat tube.

Dishwasher is not draining

1. Check the drain hose for clogs and kinks. 2. Inspect the level sensor, and install a new one if malfunctioning. 3. Check and clean debris from the drain pump. If the pump is faulty, it must be replaced.

Drain the water from the dishwasher pan. Check the float sensor for malfunction. Replace gaskets and seals that are loose.

Great service on a not-so great fridge (Samsung, a company that does not stand by its products)! Technician worked hard to remove a screw that was locked with glue at the factory (go figure!) in order to remove a panel and get access to the problem area. Eventually, the technician thawed the ice buildup, replace a sensor and clean the drain tubes (modifying them to improve the flow). So far so good after one week! Hope the repair solve the problem for years to come! But one thing is certain, when this fridge dies, never again a Samsung!
