Thermistor isn’t working properly
1. Turn the dryer off. Close the gas valve if you have a gas dryer. 2. Loosen the clamps holding the service panel in place and remove them. 3. Remove the pile duct assembly to the side. 4. Remove the thermistor from the blower housing’s top. Then disconnect the cables and the mounting screws that hold it together. 5. Replace the old thermistor with the new one. 6. Connect the new thermistor to the wires. 7. Install the lint duct assembly and secure it in place with the mounting screws. 8. Put back the service panel. 9. Reconnect your dryer to the power source. Turn on the gas supply if it’s a gas dryer.
