After agonizing frustrating attempts looking on Google and YouTube to solve the mystery as to why our oven would not close and consequently would not allow us access to the temperature controls to bake or broil, I had to yield to the experts. In our case, the experts of choice, after grazing over a brief list of electrical appliance repair shop Google reviews, we settled on Appliance Repair Experts. They were pretty good about scheduling a time that suited us. Rogeve arrived and true to form, as expert as he was, knew exactly what to do. You could quick sense Rogeve was in his wheel house – he’d seen this condition many times in his capacity as an oven repairman. He solved the mystery within minutes. To my chagrin, had I been a little more patient, I would have solved it on my own. Just needed to reset the self clean feature for the door to unlock. In retrospect, it was a classic case of a dogged amateur versus a deft pro. Having Rogeve on hand gave me the chance to also take care of ordering new knobs that control the temperature of the elements on the stove top. Two to three weeks was the order time estimate. Most noteworthy qualities about Rogeve are: he is reliable – he respects his appointment time and lets you know well ahead of time when he’ll be coming in the event you need to negotiate an alternate time. He is, also, efficient in that he can solve a problem with ease. He was also spot on as far his estimate regarding the arrival of the knobs. For any future oven issues, I would not hesitate in calling upon Rogeve.
