From the initial call to book service, the timing of the techs arrival, the actual repair and diagnosis, cleanup after the fact, repair warranty and follow-up… so it gets tough to fairly summarize in a brief review. Having said that, the repair was well handled and the washer has worked fine so far since the repair, which involved changing an inlet valve. Would I use them again, maybe. It was a little on the pricey side, but then, I have not had to have any appliance repaired in the recent past so may be out of touch.
