I contacted Appliance Repair Expert online on a Sunday evening and received a phone call to book my appointment immediately. My appointment was booked for the following day which was great. Jerome was in contact with me during the day to keep me posted on his arrival time. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained exactly what was needed to repair my dishwasher and gave me an accurate and reasonable quote. Highly recommend this company and particularly Jerome if he is available. A+
