Adjust the detergent dosage and restart the appliance. Call a technician if the problem code continues to appear. Request Service

Close the door firmly (till a clicking sound). For instance, a full load could make it difficult for the door to close completely. Check if anything is wedged between the door and the housing. Restart the appliance.

Clean the water supply hose’s filters. Do not immerse the AquaStop safety device in water because it has an electric valve. Instructions:

1. Shut the faucet.
2. Remove the hose from the faucet.
3. Use a little brush to clean the filters.
4. If your appliance doesn’t have an AquaStop, take out the hose from the back. With pliers, remove the filter and clean it.
5. After reconnecting the hose, look for leaks.

1. Clean the water supply hose filters. Warning: There is a risk of scalding from spilling hot water. Turn off the device. Disconnect the main plug. Make sure that the drain hose was not kinked during installation. Carefully remove the drain hose and any residual water after loosening the hose clamp on the siphon. Clean the siphon nozzle and drain pipe. Select the “DRAIN” program while holding the drain hose in the bucket. Check for leaks after connecting the drain hose to the siphon.
2. Wash the pump. Warning: There is a risk of burns from spilling hot water. Turn off the device. Disconnect the main plug. Open the cover and remove it. By slowly removing the pump cover, any water can be drained through the drain hose. Pump cover threads and pump casing should be cleaned. The pump impeller wheel must be able to rotate. Replace the pump cover and tighten the screw. Pour 1 quart (1 liter) of water into the detergent dispenser to check for leaks. After checking for leaks, start the DRAIN program.

To protect your appliance, the spin cycle will either not be performed or will slow down if the imbalance is too great. The appliance will also make several spin attempts to improve the dispersion of the laundry. The program duration will increase. To reduce the imbalance, please wash large and small items together. On pillows and duvet covers, fasten zippers and buttons carefully. Request Service

An excessive amount of detergent or an outdated detergent has been used. This can cause excessive foaming in the detergent compartment. It occurs when cleaning lightly soiled items. Reduce the amount of detergent. For example, when washing lightly soiled clothes, use less detergent. The detergent package contains information on how much of it to use. Request Service

Check if the hot water hose is securely attached before turning on the hot water tap. Get rid of the obstruction or kink. If the hose is broken, replace it. Check the hot water pressure and make any necessary repairs. Clean the supply hose strainers. Request Service
