They are not the cheapest. But they got a technician called Oleksandr D. out the same day. He was able to diagnose what was broken. Even vacuumed and cleaned out my dryer. They had a part the very next day. The technician worked with me around my doctor’s appointment and came out to finish the job. He took his shoes off, coming into my home. He was upfront with everything and the costs. Was very professional and clean, did good work and went above and beyond what I expected. I highly reccomend that people ask for Oleksandr specifically when calling. Finally, he is Ukrainian so I applaud the company for helping out our brothers and giving them an opportunity.

I’m writing this on behalf of my mother who needed a service call for her elderly washing machine. The tech was available quickly and was very polite and thorough. He was able to provide good advice about whether to repair or replace the machine. We will certainly rely on this company for future repair needs.
