Thermador Oven Error Codes
E003
Replace the top door seal of the oven if it is damaged. Check the connections of the cooling fan wiring harness. Reconnect any disconnected wires. Replace the cooling fan if it does not run when you turn it on. Request Service
E005 / E009
Cut off the electricity to the oven. Take a look at the wiring harness. Replace or reconnect any loose wires if the wire harness is damaged. The user interface needs to be replaced if the wire connections are OK.
E010
Disconnect the power supply from the oven. Check the connection between the user interface wiring harness and the electronic control board. Reconnect any loose wires. Replace the interface if the wires are good. If the problem persists, contact a service technician. Request Service
E011
Turn off the power supply to the oven. Wipe and dry the glass touch panel. If the problem still exists, try turning the power back on. If this succeeds, switch off the power supply to the oven and check the wiring harness. Reconnect all exposed cables.

In this instance, the control board needs to be replaced. Request Service

Remove the power supply from the oven. It is necessary to wipe and dry the glass touch panel. If the issue still exists, try turning the power back on. If so, shut off the power to the oven and check the wire harness. Reconnect any loose cables.

By selecting “Clear,” the oven settings will be reset. If the problem persists, disconnect the electricity supply to the oven. Wipe and dry the glass touch panel. Check if the problem disappears after restarting the system. If not, turn off the oven and check the wiring harness. Reconnect all exposed cables. Replace the interface if the wires are in good condition.
E101 / E104
Cut off the electricity to the oven. Take a look at the wiring harness. Reconnect any loose wires. If the wire harness is OK, check the temperature sensor’s resistance using a multimeter. The resistance should be 1,080 ohms at 70 degrees. The temperature sensor needs to be changed if there is no resistance. Replace the electronic control board if the wiring harness and resistance are working properly. Request Service
E201 / E204
Disconnect the oven power supply from the mains. Inspect the wiring harness. Any loose wires must be reconnected. If the wiring harness is in good condition, check the resistance of the lower oven temperature sensor with a multimeter. The resistance at 70 degrees should be 1,080 ohms. If there is no resistance, replace the lower oven temperature sensor. If the sensor resistance and wiring harness are normal, replace the oven’s electronic control board.
