Disconnect the power cord of the refrigerator and locate the temperature sensor. Next, disconnect the wiring harness. After that, use a multimeter to check if the sensor is in good condition. Replace it if there is no continuity. If you don’t have a multimeter, you can try reconnecting the sensor or replacing it to see if the problem goes away.

When the refrigerator door opens, this error code appears on the temperature display. If the door is closed, but the notification persists, your refrigerator’s temperature sensor is broken. Turn off the electricity. Check the wiring between the electronic control board and the sensor. Before the OP error code is eliminated, any wiring issues must be resolved.

Check the connections between the control board and the evaporator fan. Verify that the red and brown wires connecting to the fan have 12VDC. Comparing the voltages of yellow and brown, check for differences (depending on high or low speed). If all is well, replace the evaporator fan. If the problem code still appears, contact a specialist. Request Service

Check that the main control board, the wire harness connecting the defrost control board to the timer, and the defrost control board is all in good working order. A multimeter will be required for these testing. Any of those components that are damaged require repair. Request Service

When the refrigerator is turned off, search for the wire harness connecting the user interface to the electronic control board and look for any signs of damage to the wiring. The wire needs to be replaced if it is broken. If the wire isn’t broken, you can test it with a multimeter to see if it needs to be replaced. Request Service

During the installation, the technician suggested that I put on shoe covers. He was extremely professional and knew what he was doing. Called this company to do some work on my dishwasher in my house they came in a timely fashion. They tried there best to repair my dishwasher but they couldn’t so I had to end up buying a new one and they refunded me my money. Great customer service I would highly recommend this company.
