At least 4 litres of water per minute should be released from the faucet. Examine and tidy up the mesh filter. Make sure the water supply hose is not bent or obstructed. Verify that the drain hose is correctly anchored and raised.

The appliance has stopped rotating due to unbalanced load detection. Make sure that the machine is installed on a stable, level surface. A more balanced load can be achieved by redistributing the laundry, adding or removing items. Bathroom rugs and huge towels are examples of single, massive, heavy items that are unlikely to spin on their own.

In most cases, the machine resolves this problem on its own, but if it does not, you need to perform an Eco drum cleaning cycle or a cotton wash cycle at 90°C without using detergent or loading laundry. If the error code still appears, clean the strainer in the water supply hose and check the drain pump filter before spinning the machine to drain the water. Repeat the “Eco Drum Clean” cycle if powder detergent builds up.
